To provide the best experience and privacy to our customers, we don’t accept walk-ins. We highly recommend making an appointment in advance. You can make a reservation through our website or by phone.
Soft copies will be uploaded to Google Drive, while hard copies will be obtained on the spot.
There are no limitations to soft copies, while hard copies are limited to (1) for each person.
No refund for any slot cancellation. We do not provide refunds for cancelled appointments. However, we are happy to help you reschedule your appointment. Please contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled time, and we will arrange a new appointment for you.

Yes, pets are welcome to join the photoshoot! We understand that pets are part of the family and can add extra joy to your photos. However, it’s important to ensure the studio remains clean and tidy or else a cleaning fee will be charged.
